Fueled by curiosity. Ignited by hope.

When you join Blueprint Medicines, you adopt our mission to dramatically improve the lives of patients with genomically defined cancers and rare diseases.

We are developing precision therapies for intractable diseases. That’s why we look at things differently, working across disciplines, functions and levels, to solve problems others cannot. Our leadership, including renowned names and rising stars in oncology and rare disease research, work with us side-by-side – not behind closed doors.

We connect with patient communities to improve outcomes and preserve quality of life: partnering with advocacy groups, analyzing data to understand gaps in genetic testing, screening individuals to identify potential clinical trial participants, attending community events – these efforts, and more, teach us how people are impacted by disease, enabling us to envision and discover truly transformative therapies.

Lab Operations Manager
I’m a world traveler, foodie and lab manager.
I manage the operations of Blueprint Medicines’ chemistry and biology labs, ensuring they run efficiently by providing top-notch customer service to researchers, acting as a liaison between Blueprint Medicines and vendors, and assisting with managing the facility and the environmental, health and safety (EHS) program.
Blueprint Medicines is a constant hub of creativity and cutting-edge research, bolstered by the Blue Crew’s palpable energy, positive attitude and presence in the community. It’s an organization I knew I needed to be part of.
I’m a foodie, and I love trying new and different ethnic cuisines. I also enjoy reading and traveling abroad.

Maria Roche
Senior Medical Director, Clinical Research
I’m a skier, baseball fan and medical director.
I provide medical leadership for Blueprint Medicines’ clinical studies of avapritinib in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST), working with investigators to reach patients who may benefit from avapritinib, and ultimately working toward a potential FDA approval of avapritinib in GIST.
Teamwork is fostered here, enabling seamless cross-functional collaboration. Working here means being among thoughtful, highly motivated, smart individuals, who truly care about patients and about doing the right thing.
When I’m not working, I love to cook, ski, read—and go to baseball games!

Roan Martin
Senior Director, Good Clinical Practice Quality Assurance
I’m a nature enthusiast, archer and quality manager.
Working with the Clinical Development and Quantitative Pharmacology and Drug Safety evaluation teams, I facilitate and direct quality activities and regulations that apply across all functional groups—that is, anything to do with human clinical research—to ensure appropriate processes are both implemented and improved, and any quality issues are addressed. I also oversee audits at Blueprint Medicines’ clinical vendors, and follow-up to ensure proper clinical vendor oversight.
Common goals within the company’s functional areas are a driving force: the work we do today prepares us for the next step. Every milestone we strive to accomplish is driven by a strategy that reaches far beyond, with an aim to improve the lives of people with genomically defined diseases.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy reading books; fiddling in my workshop, with woodwork or whatever may be tinkered with to be creative and build; and target archery, as it lends itself to so many life lessons, including patience.

Andrew Kim
International Head of Precision Medicine
I’m a US/UK expat, CrossFit enthusiast and communications leader.
As Blueprint Medicines’ first International Head of Precision Medicine, my role is to strategically plan and lead outreach to clinical investigators, healthcare providers and laboratories outside the United States to support the company’s portfolio of clinical-stage programs.
Blueprint Medicines is uniquely positioned to develop medicines that may benefit patients with the highest unmet need. Beyond this, our work may potentially drive healthcare systems worldwide to rethink how to diagnose and treat cancers and rare diseases.
Outside of work, I enjoy diving into the Swiss culture/traditions (and sneaking in a CrossFit session from time to time).
