Fueled by curiosity. Ignited by hope.

When you join Blueprint Medicines, you adopt our mission to alleviate human suffering with life-changing medicines.

We are developing medicines for intractable diseases. That’s why we look at things differently, working across disciplines, functions and levels, to solve problems others cannot. Our leadership, including renowned names and rising stars in oncology and rare disease research, work with us side-by-side – not behind closed doors.

We connect with patient communities to improve outcomes and preserve quality of life: partnering with advocacy groups, analyzing data to understand gaps in genetic testing, screening individuals to identify potential clinical trial participants, attending community events – these efforts, and more, teach us how people are impacted by disease, enabling us to envision and discover truly transformative therapies.

I'm an outdoors enthusiast, sports fan and collaborative partner.
I am responsible for ensuring our approved medicine is available in all countries where we have marketing authorization outside the U.S. and China, either through the approved market authorizations or our paid Named Patient Program. Collaboration with both internal and external partners is essential to achieve this goal. Internally, I work closely with teams across Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Quality Assurance and Finance. Externally, I partner with packaging specialists, customer service and logistics providers, and distributors. Together, we are committed to delivering treatment to “Every Patient, Every Time.”
My inspiration centers on patients – those we serve today and those we reach tomorrow. Together with my team, I work to ensure that our partnerships remain strong and effective, enabling a reliable and uninterrupted supply for all patients.
I love traveling and exploring new places with my wife and two daughters. I also enjoy cooking, trying new restaurants and visiting local food markets during my travels. I am a fan of F1 racing and I like the outdoors – hiking, running, biking and playing team sports.

Vice President, Therapy Area Lead - SM Franchise
I'm a nature lover, bakery enthusiast and strategist.
As the therapy area lead for our systemic mastocytosis (SM) program, I develop long-range strategies to maximize the impact of our SM therapies on patients worldwide. I am focused on understanding the needs of the patients and healthcare providers that we serve, and ensuring that our strategy is grounded in those needs.
I was drawn to Blueprint Medicines because of the intelligence and tenacity of everyone I met, and how they worked so collaboratively cross-functionally to bring transformative medicines to the market. Our Patients First value permeates every decision that is made and keeps everyone focused on why we do what we do.
I love to be outside, so my weekends are often filled with nature walks with my husband and daughters. I also have a big sweet tooth, so I enjoy trying all the new bakeries that have popped up in the Boston area!

I’m a team leader, dynamic strategist and busy mom.
I lead a dedicated team of talented process chemists to produce high-quality drug substances that are crucial to our preclinical, clinical, and commercial programs. We accomplish our goals by devising dynamic strategies to leverage both internal and external resources. Another critical part of my role is to ensure that Process Chemistry creatively develops synthetic routes for drug substances that can be scaled up from milligrams to hundreds of kilograms, all while maintaining high standards of safety, robustness, environmental responsibility, and cost-effectiveness.
Blueprint’s core values, coupled with its remarkable scientific leadership and impressive achievements in such a short time, motivated me to join the company. Since becoming a part of Blue Crew, the vibrant company culture and commitments have inspired me to come to work every day with genuine enthusiasm.
I am a busy mom and wife, so the family calendar is always full! I love cooking and sharing good food with family and friends. Currently, I am having a great time learning to play golf and tennis while embracing self-care and staying active.

Director, Clinical Development
I'm a traveler, scuba diver and mast cell researcher.
My responsibilities within clinical development are to provide scientific support for different activities, including creating development plans, designing studies, determining data collection and analysis requirements, and preparing key clinical documents. Another key part of my job is to perform clinical reviews of data and effectively communicate trial outcomes.
Systemic mastocytosis has been a big part of my professional career so far, as I studied this disease before joining Blueprint Medicines. Seeing the impact that Blueprint was having for patients and how they were truly invested in mast cell diseases, the company culture, and the people who work here made me want to join. Now, I have the luxury of being surrounded by a group of incredibly smart and driven people with the shared goal of bringing new therapies to patients and improving their lives.
I’m a very active person and enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. Depending on the time of year, you’ll find me kitesurfing or snowboarding; I also enjoy scuba diving, running and lifting weights. Traveling and enjoying the different foods of the world is another one of my passions, but as a Spaniard I must say that nothing beats a good Paella shared with the family!
