Fidrisertib is an investigational ALK2 inhibitor being developed for the treatment of FOP. In October 2019, we entered into an exclusive, worldwide license agreement with Clementia Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Ipsen, to develop and commercialize fidrisertib.
